My foundation in video production taught me the art of storytelling and the discipline of execution. Managing shoots of every scale, I learned how to maintain creative energy and keep teams engaged under the tightest deadlines. These experiences instilled a deep appreciation for teamwork and crystal-clear communication.
As I evolved into leadership roles, I discovered equal passion for building teams and building campaigns. Leading in-house creative studios, managing global brand initiatives, and partnering with executives to transform business goals into creative strategies—this is where strategy and creativity unite to drive real impact.
